2. **What am I not seeing?** — Blind spots, assumptions I'm making, risks I'm ignoring
3. **What would a skeptic say?** — The strongest argument against this
4. **What's the most likely way this fails?** — Not the worst case, the MOST LIKELY failure mode
5. **What should I do differently?** — Concrete, actionable changes
After the tough love, give me ONE thing that IS genuinely strong about this — but only if it's actually true.
