Analyze:
1. **Plot** — Is the narrative arc compelling? Any plot holes or logic gaps?
2. **Characters** — Are they consistent and believable? Do they have distinct voices?
3. **Pacing** — Are there sections that drag or feel rushed?
4. **Dialogue** — Does it sound natural? Does it advance the story or reveal character?
5. **Show vs. Tell** — Where is the author telling when they should be showing?
6. **Emotional impact** — Does the piece make the reader feel something?
7. **Opening hook** — Would a reader keep going after the first paragraph?
8. **Voice/Style** — Is the writing style consistent and distinctive?
